1.Orders:
- Can I edit my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. To avoid any potential issues, we highly encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order through our team as long as it has not yet moved into the processing stage. Once processing begins, a shipping label is created and the order can no longer be canceled due to the expenses incurred. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at supports@byane.com. If cancellation is not possible, you can reach out to our customer service once you receive your order, and we will assist you with the return process.
2.Products:
- How can I choose the right size chain?
Please refer the chainsaw model compatibility chart above, and check if your model is listed. If not, match the chain specifications – length in inches, gauge , pitch, and drive links. Once all are matched, you'll have the right chain for your saw.
- Having trouble finding the right size?
No worries! Just shoot us an email at supports@byane.com, and we'll help you find the perfect product as quickly as possible.
- What should I do if the product I bought doesn't fit my machine?
If the product you bought isn't a perfect fit, don't worry! Just drop us an email at supports@byane.com, and we'll sort it out. Whether it's finding a better match or processing a return, we've got you covered.
- Why carbide chain stead of common chain?
Byane chainsaw chains are made with tough carbide-tipped cutting teeth, which boost wear resistance and significantly prolong the chain's lifespan. Byane carbide chainsaw chains are 10-12 times more durable than common chains, delivering top-notch performance that both professionals and hobbyists will appreciate.
3.Shipping & Delivery
- What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order at our warehouse. Standard shipping then takes 3-5 business days, though this may be extended due to carrier delays such as weather or other unforeseen issues. Once a package has left our facilities, we are not liable for any delays or damages incurred during transit.
Please note, standard shipping is available to the continental US, Canada and German only.
- How do I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, first log into your Byane account and navigate to “Manage Subscription”. Within your customer portal, on the main “Subscriptions” tab, locate the “Delivery Address” section. Clicking on this will bring up a pop-up window where you can enter your new shipping address. Remember, changes made to your account settings on the Byane website do not automatically update your subscription details. To ensure your subscription shipments go to the new address, you must make these changes directly in your subscription portal.
- Where can l track my order status?
- Right after you order: You'll get a confirmation email with all your order details.
- Once it ships: Look out for another email from us.
This one will have your tracking number (give it up to 24 hours to activate). You can follow your package's journey by clicking on the link: Order Tracking.
Just a heads up, during busy times like holidays, it might take a bit longer for the tracking info to update, usually between 24 to 48 hours.

4.Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return & exchange policy?
- Return & Exchange Window:You must initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, as verified by the delivery date recorded in the tracking information.
- Product Condition:Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Clearance items
- Lingerie
- Face masks
- Customized items
- Gift wrap boxes/gift bags
- Gift cards/free gifts
- Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling
- Return Authorization:Returns must not be sent back without prior approval. Packages returned directly without previous contact will not be accepted.
- Return Procedure:After receiving return authorization, send your package back within 30 days. For exceptions, such as delayed shipments or other special circumstances, please contact us beforehand. Without prior notification, returns may be rejected.
- Tracking Requirement:Returns or exchanges sent without a tracking number will not be eligible for processing. Ensure your return package is trackable to facilitate a refund or exchange.
- Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please email us within 30 days with a clear photo of the item so we can verify the problem. Once the problem has been confirmed, we will refund your postage costs. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
- When will my refunds arrive?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment 1-3 working days after your return is received at our warehouse. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. If you paid via Stripe or WorldPay, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
