Currently, Byane delivers exclusively within the United States, Canada and German. We are planning to expand our delivery services to other regions in the near future, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.

Free Shipping
Byane offers free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time
The time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping service ranges from 5-7 working days. Orders made over the weekend or on holidays may face delays due to the warehouse operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Customs and Import Duties

On occasion, you may be subject to additional customs or import duties. If such charges apply, please save the receipt and reach out to us at supports@byane.com for guidance. 

Missing Packages

If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us within one month of the indicated delivery date. Unfortunately, we may not be able to provide assistance after this period. If there hasn't been an update on your package's status for more than 10 days, contact us right away so we can look into it and help resolve the issue.
