General Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return & Exchange Window:You must initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, as verified by the delivery date recorded in the tracking information.
  2. Product Condition:Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  3. Non-returnable Items:The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
    1. Clearance items
    2. Lingerie
    3. Face masks
    4. Customized items
    5. Gift wrap boxes/gift bags
    6. Gift cards/free gifts
    7. Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling
  4. Return Authorization:Returns must not be sent back without prior approval. Packages returned directly without previous contact will not be accepted.
  5. Return Procedure:After receiving return authorization, send your package back within 30 days. For exceptions, such as delayed shipments or other special circumstances, please contact us beforehand. Without prior notification, returns may be rejected.
  6. Tracking Requirement:Returns or exchanges sent without a tracking number will not be eligible for processing. Ensure your return package is trackable to facilitate a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return:Contact us to explain the reason for your return. If your item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please include a clear photo of the item to help us assess the issue.
  2. Return Address:Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the specific return address.
  3. Shipping and Tracking:After shipping your return package, please provide us with the tracking number to ensure the return is monitored.
  4. Refund Processing:Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive the return at our warehouse for PayPal payments. For payments made through Stripe or WorldPay, refunds are processed within 7-15 business days.

Please Note: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will cover all associated costs and provide a full refund. However, if the return is due to a customer's choice or error, such as dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect size, or product choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not impose a restocking fee on returned products.

Exchange Process

1.Unconditional Exchange: We offer a 30-day unconditional exchange, covering the shipping costs for the exchange.

2.Initiating an Exchange: Please send your exchange request via email to obtain the return address.

3.Replacement Timing: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will arrange for the replacement to be sent out within 1-4 working days.

Please Note:

1.Exchange Limitations: We support one free exchange per purchase. If a second exchange is requested, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.Refund Timing: For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days. For payments made via Stripe or WorldPay, refunds will take 7-15 business days.

3.Terms and Conditions: The final interpretation of these terms and conditions is at the discretion of the Byane team.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 30 days. Include a clear photo of the item so we can confirm the issue. Once the problem is verified, we will reimburse your shipping costs. Please ensure to follow the specific instructions provided by our customer service team to facilitate this process.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 1-3 working days after we receive your return at our warehouse. For payments made via PayPal, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 1-3 business days. For those made via Stripe or WorldPay, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after your purchase.

  • Before Shipment: If your payment has processed but your package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. However, you can return the package after it has been delivered. We will process your refund within 1-3 working days after we receive the returned package at our warehouse. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
